This weekend Janet and I went to see Denzel Sinclaire perform with an orchestra a tribute to Nat King Cole. It was really cool, especially since we talked to him afterward in the VIP bar that we sponsored with our Wild Horse Canyon wine brand. We also have been furniture shopping, and bought our pine bunk beds and mattresses, night table and tall drawers set, so our spare room is now all set up. Last night I took Janet to a gorgeous restaurant in Stanley Park called ‘Sequoia Grill’, it was in a beautiful setting and the food was amazing. This week we are going to see a play ‘Up Island’ on Granville Island theatre, night skiing at Grouse Mtn, and hopefully I’ll take a day off and go skiing on Friday with Mark and Janet.

Work has been very busy with hopefully the end of the Brand Planning process, we can have some fun. Mark is still working at Best Buy, and selling more computers, we may get a TV tonight, they are having a preferred customer and staff specials night, we’ll see.

Last weekend we had my friends Shelley and Jade join us for the weekend. On Saturday we went to a dress rehearsal of the Vancouver Opera’s Magic Flute for schools, and Jade liked it enormously. Last Thursday night we served our Mission Hill wines for the Friends of the Opera (high donor club) plus the Opera Singers. It was great talking to the Opera Singers, they all liked our wine, so that was good.
Next Saturday night is our work Christmas Party, it is a 70s theme one, so should at least have good music.
