Spring and more wine tasting

The weather is slowly warming up, we have had a couple of sunny days in the high teens, although today is cloudy in the low teens. Yesterday we had an in store wine tasting of our Wild Horse Canyon wines in a premium wine store not far from home.

The whole gang was there, Roselle got the team player award, attracting two crazy people and they just wouldn’t leave. The wines were matched with different types of Purdy’s chocolates, just before Mother’s Day, what’s not to like!

Earlier in the week Natalie and I saw a play called ‘Mom’s the Word 2: Unhinged, unhinged’ which was very funny, on Granville Island stage, from the Vancouver Arts Club.

We also potted some lovely petunias and started two herb gardens this week, one for me, and one for Natalie as a housewarming present.

Only one week now until Mum and Dad arrive!
