We had a great time, they joined us for our BC Food and Wine grazing lunch event, then we met up with their friends Mike and Marianne, also Marine Biologists. They took us on a guided tour of North Vancouver on Sunday (after Marka nd I had done some turns up at Cypress), we went to the Capilano Fish Hatchery, Capilano Dam, Grouse Mtn to see the wolves, Lynn Valley, then out to dinner at a Thai Restaurant.
Pat sure liked our new Prospect Icewine!

The second weekend we hung out, played Guitar Hero, and went curling. Curling originates from Scotland, and consists of sliding smooth rocks on ice, similar to Lawn Bowls.
We had a fun night out Curling with a group from our Kin Club (service club, like Rotary, but a bit younger)
Tammy has all the style points
Karen not so much!
Pat is good at all ice sports
Mark didn’t fall once, he had the broom as balance
