In Oct this year Jess and I hopped on the plane Sydney bound for four weeks. We had a really nice time staying with Mum and Dad, and it was cute seeing Jessica’s joy at Granny, Grandpa and Uncle Tim at the airport, and of course spending time with them the length of our trip. She was a real trooper on the plane, thank god for our iPad, and our Dora videos, they keep her occupied for quite a while, and running up and down the aisles, everyone knew her on the plane by the end of the trip.
We had lots of days at the park, Uncle Tim was a big hit here at Fagan Park.
The girls must do High Tea, Aunty Jenny was a great shopping guide for us all.
We had a scrumptious meal at Berowra Waters Fish and Chip’s with the Donnelly clan.
The Leonard’s Christmas Party is always a fun day, so nice catching up with the cousin’s and their kids.
Jess had her first sailing trip on ‘Flying Circus’ which was fun for all.
There were always things to do with Granny at the farm.
Raymond the Reindeer was a favourite friend for Jess, as were daily swims in the pool. Luckily we had the pool on solar heating, as our girl was used to her indoor swimming lessons pool here heated to 30 degrees, so thought the pool heated to 28 degrees was a bit ‘chilly’.
Dad, Jess and I went to Mona Vale Beach, it was divine, and we saw our old apartment, it looks the same.
Had a great time at Moruya at Uncle Warwick’s beach house.
Donnelly clan at Warwick’s place at Moruya on the south coast.
Jessie liked feeding the animals with Granny at Golden Ridge Animal Farm.
Jessie and I had a great time, and it was very hard to leave to come back to a cold, wet and dark Vancouver, but it was nice to have Daddy pick us up at the airport and to see our friends here.
